De volledig turn-key appartementen zijn onderdeel van het Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel Almere, die voor de huurder de schoonmaak en linnenservice zal verzorgen. De huurder kan gebruikmaken van alle faciliteiten die het hotel te bieden heeft zoals een duik nemen in het luxe verwarmde zwembad gelegen op de 15e verdieping van het complex, sporten in de Sky Fitness (tegen vergoeding) of een drankje aan de rooftopbar. Parkeren is via per dag of in abonnementsvorm mogelijk in de parkeerkelder van het complex.
